I would like to express my deep appreciation and complete satisfaction with the quality of the work I received from Wink's Body Shop in the recent repair of my car. Not only did the quality of the repairs exceed my expectations, the customer service was outstanding.

I have been taking my car to Winks quite a bit for a few years. I've had two body shop jobs when other people damaged my car. One on insurance, and one paid by the individual. Both jobs were done well, but it can take longer with insurance because of all the documentation and paperwork. Still, it was done sooner than estimated. I liked the vibe of the family business and I learned that they also do general repairs, so I stopped using the dealership and started coming to Wink's for almost everything. They are busy but usually get me scheduled promptly. They have never tried to upsell me on anything, and have done small things for no charge at times. Everyone is really nice and professional, and of course rates are better than the dealerships. They don't have a shuttle service but the location is walkable from the bus if I can't get a ride. Communication has been very good. The place is clean and comfortable enough, but if I have to wait I usually go over to Ithaca Bakery.

I recently had my 2025 Honda CRV Sport Hybrid car repaired after I accidentally backed into another car in the parking lot where I work. I am very pleased with the repairs done by Wink's since you would never know that any damage was done to the car. The service I received there was absolutely exceptional, and the repairs were complete almost three days earlier than originally anticipated. Additionally, Wink's went out of their way to detail my car inside and out, hence it looks better than the day I originally I purchased it new. I can't say enough about the exceptional service and value received from Wink's. They are second-to-none!...

On March 3, 2026. I took my car in to get a lower grill installed, which I provided my own, after thorough inspection of the front end. Since a lower grill is a fender out job, I needed their service. However, after I received my car, I realized my main front grill is loose. And I found a hinge piece of the front main grill laying on the hood next to main front grill, melter in one end, like someone trying to heat glue the thing. Next thing I know the whole main front grill came right off. And upon further inspection, I realized both the hinges were broken and glued together As well as tab on the bottom and center latch was broken. I called to speak with The manager, but I keep getting runaround saying that manager is super busy and they said it’s not our policy to glue things together, so they’re not taking any responsibility for it. And they said they’ll glue it together for me again, but I don’t wanna glue pieces, so I just ordered a new grill online. And I’ll install it myself it’s really easy to install especially the main front grill. I will never take my car there again. Here the pics. I love this company! I have used them for body repair and for other normal maintenance. Bought tires from them too. Today, I had low pressure in a tire, stopped in with no appointment, they helped me instantly and no charge. What a great feeling to be able to reach out to these people! Right across the street from Enterprise Rental if you need to rent a car while yours is in the shop! Thanks so much to Wink's!
